• We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of  this data.

We collect NPI from you and third parties to provide insurance services:

• Identifiers: Name, address, Social Security Number, and Driver’s License number.
• Application Data: Employment history, income, and financial goals.
• Health Information: Medical history, records from healthcare providers, and laboratory results required for underwriting.
• Third-Party Reports: Credit history, claims history, and motor vehicle records.

We only share your information for essential business purposes:

• To Insurance Companies: We share your data with carriers to obtain quotes and process applications.
• To Service Your Account: We maintain files to assist with policy renewals, beneficiary changes, or claims.
